I am Shaun R. Sanders, National President.  Since our founding in 1976 in San Diego, California by six air traffic controllers the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE) has worked to address issues that were not being effectively addressed by labor organizations to the various Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs within the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
