I would like to personally welcome each of you to the 40th Annual National Training Conference. It’s an exciting time for the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE) as we continue to grow as an organization. Valuing Performance-Valuing Performance changes the way we conduct performance management. For instance, the existing performance management and Superior Contribution Increase (SCI) processes, as well as their respective on-line systems, will be consolidated and managed via one program to reduce administrative workload. This streamlining will make it easier to enter and process performance throughout the yearly cycle. In addition, managers will assign performance ratings to employees based solely on the employee’s performance relative to defined standards.LEARN MORE
